Cyber-liability, errors-and-omissions and general-liability coverage carried by Apex, with limits and policy carriers named. Certificate downloadable under NDA.

What we carry

Apex carries the policies below to cover the risks of operating a frontier AI platform. Coverage limits and carriers are listed; the certificate of insurance ('COI') is downloadable under NDA and may be issued in the customer's name on request.

Cyber liability + technology errors and omissions

  • Aggregate limit — USD 25,000,000 per claim, USD 25,000,000 annual aggregate.
  • Coverage — first-party costs (forensics, notification, regulatory response, credit monitoring) and third-party liability (defence, settlement).
  • Includes — privacy liability, network security liability, regulatory defence, multimedia liability, technology errors and omissions.
  • Carrier — AAA-rated international carrier on the Lloyd's syndicate panel. Named on request under NDA.
  • Retention — USD 250,000 per claim.

Commercial general liability

  • Each-occurrence limit — USD 2,000,000.
  • General aggregate — USD 4,000,000.
  • Products / completed-operations aggregate — USD 4,000,000.
  • Personal and advertising injury — USD 2,000,000.
  • Damage to rented premises — USD 1,000,000.
  • Medical expense — USD 25,000 per person.

Workers' compensation + employer's liability

  • Workers' compensation — statutory limits, all US states where we have employees.
  • Employer's liability — USD 1,000,000 bodily injury per accident.

Automobile liability

Hired and non-owned, USD 1,000,000 combined single limit. Apex does not own or lease automobiles.

Umbrella + excess liability

  • Umbrella limit — USD 10,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate, sitting excess of the cyber, CGL and auto policies.
  • Carrier — same panel; named on request under NDA.

Directors and officers

Apex carries D&O coverage at limits appropriate to the company's stage. Details not material to customer contracting and not published here.

How to request a COI

Enterprise customers may request a certificate of insurance issued in their name as an additional insured. Email trust@apexworldlabs.com with the entity name, address and the contract reference. We will issue within five business days.

Coverage review

Coverage is renewed annually. Limits are reviewed when our customer profile or sub-processor footprint materially changes. We will not unilaterally reduce limits without notifying enterprise customers.
