Overview

A single pane for cloud security posture — continuously assessing configuration, surfacing misconfigurations and prioritizing findings by real risk across every account and service.

Posture tools find thousands of issues. Which one will actually hurt you is the hard part.

Run any cloud security scanner and you get a wall of findings, most ranked by raw severity. A 'critical' CVE on a host nothing can reach matters less than a quiet misconfiguration that opens a path to your crown-jewel data — but a severity score can't tell the difference, so teams drown in noise and the genuinely dangerous path waits in the queue. Aether's security center ranks findings by exploitability and blast radius, not CVSS, so the list is ordered by what an attacker could actually do.

Verify exploitability on a digital twin before you act.

The unique move here comes from the platform: a flagged attack path can be confirmed against a digital twin of your environment — a sandboxed copy — before anyone touches production. Instead of arguing about whether a finding is theoretical, you watch whether the path is actually reachable and what it reaches, and you prioritise the ones that are real. It's the difference between a list of possibilities and a ranked set of demonstrated risks.

Remediation that's specific, and on the same platform as the workloads.

Each finding ships with a concrete fix, often one click, scoped to the resource. And because the security center runs on the same platform as your compute, data and identity, it sees the whole estate under one model rather than stitching signals across accounts and vendors — with capability-gated actions, so it can recommend and remediate without becoming a new way to move laterally.

Worked example

A finding that isn't just scored — it's confirmed reachable on a twin, then ranked by what it reaches.

FINDING s3-public-readable → ranked #1 (was 'medium')
  path: internet → alb → app-role → s3://customer-pii
  twin: reachable ✓ exploitable ✓ reaches: customer-pii (2.1M rows)
fix: remove public ACL + scope app-role [apply]

FINDING cve-2026-1234 on batch-node → ranked #14 (was 'critical')
twin: not reachable from any ingress · deprioritised

The 'medium' that actually reaches customer PII jumps to the top; the 'critical' that nothing can reach drops. Severity scores get this backwards — the twin gets it right, because it tests the path instead of guessing.

How it works

Three steps to running.

01
Assess continuously

Posture checks against benchmarks across every account.

02
Rank by risk

Findings prioritized by exploitability and blast radius, not raw severity.

03
Remediate

Concrete, often one-click fixes — twin-verified where it matters.

What you get

Security center, in full.

Posture management

Continuous checks against benchmarks and best practice.

Risk-ranked findings

Prioritized by exploitability and blast radius, not raw severity.

Guided remediation

Concrete fixes, often one-click, for each finding.

Twin-verified

Optionally confirm exploitability against a digital twin before you act.

API-first

Provision it in a few lines.

Every service is reachable from the same SDK, CLI and infrastructure-as-code — one identity, one bill, one audit trail across the whole catalog.

Why one platform

On one model, not stitched together.

The usual stack runs security center in one product, the model in another and the data in a third — and the seams between them are the cost. Aether Cloud runs it on the same platform that serves the model, governs your identity and deploys into your boundary, with the rest of the catalog one hop away.

One platform

No stitching a vector DB to one place, a warehouse to another and a model to a third — security center sits next to the rest of the catalog, one identity, one bill.

The model is here

The provider that runs Aether runs your security center — so the data and the model never leave the same governed boundary to talk to each other.

Built on demand

Need a capability that isn’t here yet? The model writes and deploys it into the same boundary — the catalog is a starting point, not a ceiling.

FAQ

Good to know.

How does this compare to agentless cloud posture or cloud-security suites?

Continuous posture management with risk-ranked findings — and the option to confirm exploitability on a digital twin before acting.

Why risk-ranked, not severity?

Raw CVSS over-reports; ranking by exploitability and blast radius surfaces what actually matters.

Can it verify a finding?

Yes — optionally reproduce exploitability against a sandboxed twin.
